Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

In short: Our free 7-day trial lets you try the platform before you pay anything. Because plan activation unlocks digital features immediately, paid plans are generally non-refundable once activated — with a few reasonable exceptions listed below.

1. Free Trial

New users can start with a free trial (currently 7 days) before choosing a paid plan. No payment is required or charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue — your card is simply unpublished at the end of the trial if you don't upgrade.

2. Paid Plans — General Policy

Once a paid plan is successfully activated, it unlocks premium features (themes, custom CSS, additional card slots, etc.) and takes effect immediately. Because of this instant digital delivery, payments for paid plans are non-refundable except in the situations listed in Section 3.

This applies whether or not you actively use all the features included in your plan, and regardless of how much of the billing period remains.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider a refund (in full or in part) in the following cases:

SituationWhat we do
Duplicate payment for the same plan (charged twice by mistake)Full refund of the duplicate charge
Payment was deducted but the plan was never activated on your account due to a technical error on our endFull refund, or we activate the plan manually — your choice
Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days of the chargeReviewed case-by-case; refunded if confirmed unauthorized

4. Non-Refundable Situations

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team through the contact options listed on our homepage within 7 days of the charge.
  2. Include your registered mobile number, the plan purchased, and the transaction ID or payment reference shown in your Plans & Billing page.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay, Instamojo, or Cashfree, depending on how you paid). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it's processed on our end.

7. Cancelling a Plan

You can stop a plan from renewing at any time from the Plans & Billing page in your dashboard. Since plans do not auto-renew by default, this mainly applies if you wish to avoid manually renewing when it expires. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current billing period — see Section 2.
