Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Smart DigitalWay ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Information collected automatically

Information about your card's visitors

When someone submits your card's enquiry form, uses the "Message on WhatsApp" quick-contact box, or enquires about a specific service/product, we collect the name, mobile number, and message they provide, and share it with you (the card owner) as a lead/notification.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. WhatsApp & OTP Verification

We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta) to send OTP codes and account/service notifications to the mobile number you register. Message delivery is subject to Meta's own policies and availability. If WhatsApp delivery isn't possible, we may fall back to other means to keep your account secure.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Instamojo, or Cashfree, depending on availability). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly and securely by our payment partners, who maintain their own applicable certifications.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies/session storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme on your card). We do not use these for third-party advertising.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and card data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

8. Your Rights & Choices

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted password storage and OTP-based authentication — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Contact Us
